- Customized or personalized engraved productsare not covered by this policy unless there is a quality issue or a significant discrepancy from the description (see Section 5).

- You have 14 days(the “cooling-off period”) from the day you or a designated recipient receives the item to request a return.
- If more than 14 days have passed, we will not be able to accept returns without a valid reason (e.g., product defect).

- Customized or personalized items such as engraved meteorite products or DIY-engraved meteoritesare not eligible for return once the customization is completed, unless the product has a clear quality defect or significantly deviates from the order description.
- If you discover a defect or a mis-shipment, please contact us within 48 hoursof receipt and provide photos or videos for verification.
- Quality Issues or Shipping Damage
- If your product has an obvious defect or does not match the order in a significant way, please contact us within 48 hoursof receipt and provide pictures of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a return or exchange.
- For damage caused by shipping, please keep all packaging materials and receipts so we can help with claims against the carrier or organize a replacement/refund.
