1. Are your meteorite products genuine?

Yes, all our meteorites come from authentic fall sites and include relevant certification or documentation to ensure their authenticity and collectible value. You can check the certificate on the product detail page.

2. Do meteorites have radiation?

Meteorites have even lower radiation levels than gold or silver, making them negligible and posing no negative impact on health. You can safely wear or collect them without concern.

3. How do I choose the right meteorite product?

Our product pages feature various types and sizes of meteorites (e.g., Water-Infusion Meteorites, Guardian Stones, Runic Guardian Stones). We recommend selecting based on your intended use, personal preference. If you need more guidance, feel free to contact our customer service.

4. Do you offer customization or personalized engraving?

Yes. We provide custom engraving services on Runic Guardian Stones or larger meteorites. Please contact our customer service before placing an order, specifying your design requirements and preferred engraving details, so we can confirm the production time and associated costs.

5. Can I return a product?
  • Regular Products: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition (unused and undamaged).
  • Customized Products: Due to the nature of custom or personalized engravings, returns are not accepted unless there is a clear quality issue or a significant discrepancy from what was ordered.

6. How do you calculate shipping costs?
  • Within the UK: Orders under £100 incur a shipping fee, whereas orders of £100 or more qualify for free Standard Delivery.
  • We use a double-clearance, tax-included shipping route from China to the UK, so you won’t need to pay extra clearance fees. See our Shipping Policy   for more details on shipping methods and timing.
