We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom at this time. If you reside outside the UK, please contact our customer service to see if other arrangements are possible.

- Shipping Channel
- We partner with a logistics provider offering a “double-clearance, tax-included”service from China directly to the UK.
- This means any import duties, VAT, or related clearing fees are covered by us or our logistics partner, so customers do not incur additional import charges.
- Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Delivery
- Estimated arrival: 8–11 business daysafter processing is complete.
- Delivery times may be extended for remote areas or special circumstances.
- Express Delivery
- Estimated arrival: 5–8 business daysafter processing is complete.
- Ideal for customers who need faster delivery. The associated fee will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

- For orders under £100, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee at checkout (applicable to UK deliveries only).
- For orders £100 or above(UK only), Standard Delivery is free of charge.
- Import Duties & Extra Fees
- We use a “double-clearance, tax-included” shipping approach. This means all import duties and clearing fees from China to the UK are already handled by us or our logistics partner.
- UK-based customers will not be charged any additional duties or taxes beyond the displayed order total.

- Receipt Check
- Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the outer packaging and the product’s condition. If you find damage or irregularities, take photos, keep all packaging materials, and contact us or the carrier promptly.
